Analysis of selective inhibitor of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5I) use in the UC Davis medical system - PDE5I prescribing patterns at a tertiary referral center. At UCDHS-Over half of patient's prescribed PDE5I did not carry a diagnosis of Ed. Unclear- improper coding vs. recreational Rx, Certain Variables more common in pts w/ dx, Attention to coding, patient selection & investigation at other institutions warranted.
